Service Scope
SketchAPI provides product information, technical documentation, a browser playground, an account-connected dashboard, and a hosted drawing API. Authorized applications create short-lived, origin-bound sessions and control the Sketchpad runtime through the documented browser client.
Accounts And Access
Sketchpad Accounts supplies identity and account access decisions for the dashboard and hosted API. You must keep project API keys confidential, configure accurate allowed origins, and use credentials only for the account and applications they were issued to. Access limits and available features may depend on the applicable plan or written commercial agreement.
Hosted Client License
Subject to these terms and any applicable written agreement, authorized customers may load and use the hosted SketchAPI browser client through its documented service URLs in their own applications. This does not grant a right to receive or redistribute the Sketchpad source code, publish the complete runtime as a package, self-host extracted service assets, sublicense the service, or bypass access, origin, scope, or usage controls. Rights expressly stated in a signed agreement take precedence.
Customer Applications And Content
You are responsible for your applications, users, content, permissions, and save destinations. The hosted API is not durable document storage; applications must explicitly save work to a destination they control. You must have the rights needed for content processed through the service and must not use it for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Acceptable Use
Do not interfere with the website or service, probe or bypass security controls, misuse credentials, overload the service with disruptive automated traffic, or attempt to access another customer's data. We may suspend access needed to protect the service, customers, or third parties, or to address a material violation of these terms.
Commercial Terms
Fees, payment terms, support, service levels, deployment rights, and renewal terms apply only when stated in an applicable order, subscription, or other written agreement. Website access and the public playground do not by themselves grant production service access.
Availability And Changes
The website, playground, and hosted service are provided as available. We may change documentation, interfaces, limits, or service features as the product evolves. Versioned client assets and generated API reference describe the current public contract, but release notes and written agreements may define additional compatibility commitments.
External Services
SketchAPI may rely on separate services such as Sketchpad Accounts, hosting, and email delivery. Links to other third-party sites are provided for convenience; their services and policies are controlled by their respective operators.
